Saving resources

Just like our guests, we love nature and its many facets. That is why it is important to us to protect and preserve our environment. And to actively live our sustainability philosophy and make it tangible for our guests.

On request, our guests can dispense with daily room cleaning, which saves energy, water and cleaning agents. Find out more details at Green Option.

We ask our guests to bring their bathrobe and slippers from home. Another measure to save water, detergent, transportation and packaging. If you prefer to travel light, you are welcome to purchase both from us for a small fee (emissions tax).

Origin of our food

Our meat products all come from Switzerland. With the exception of salami and ham for our pizzas - these come from Italy.

We source our salmon from Swiss-Lachs in Lostallo in the canton of Graubünden. The anchovies used for the pizzas come from the Mediterranean region (FAO 37.2.2).

Our breads and rolls are made in Switzerland with Swiss flour. Our pizza dough is made in-house with Italian flour.

Caring for water

Water from next door: we obtain our mineral water from the Graubünden-based company Allegra Passugger Mineralquellen AG.

Green Cleaning: all areas of the hotel are cleaned with environmentally friendly micro dry steam devices.
The revolutionary advantage: no water pollution from cleaning agents or the use of chemicals. The consumption of water and cleaning agents is reduced enormously and thermal disinfection inactivates germs and viruses. Where necessary, we use ecological cleaning agents for a perfectly clean result. Positive for our employees - the physical effort is significantly less.

E-mobility

Do you want to do without fossil fuels for your car? We are happy to support you and offer you the opportunity to charge your e-car with us.
